TAL02, TAL03 and TAL05 are directly synthesized aluminum nitride single crystal polymers, and their shapes are spherical. TAL30, TAL50, TAL80 and TAL100 are spherical aluminum nitride ceramic balls formed by spray granulation and high-temperature sintering.
